• 将为您在 ResellerClub 中国创建账户

• 您目前拥有的所有域名将转移至您在 ResellerClub 中国的新账户
• 如果您有与域名关联的免费邮箱，这些邮箱也将转移至您的 ResellerClub 中国的
新账户
• 如果您的域名将于 2025 年 10 月 10 日当天或之前到期，您可以续费，请务必提前
续费，因为 2025 年 10 月 10 日之后我们将无法接受续费付款
我如何访问我的域名？
目前，您可以像以前一样访问您的域名。2025 年 10 月 10 日之后，您需要登录您的
ResellerClub 中国账户来进一步管理您的域名。
我可以将域名转移到其他域名注册商吗？

Non-Domain Name related questions
How does this affect me?
Your Bluehost China customer account along with all your non-domain name products
and services will be terminated.
• You will lose access to order management, customer data, and related features.
• Any open invoices for your products will be canceled to prevent further billing.
• No new backups will be processed
• No new product or services can be added
• You will not be able to retrieve your data after the cut-off date
Are all my active products/services going to be deleted?
Yes, Except for your active domain name, your remaining products/services will be
terminated after the cut-off date.
Will I get a refund?
Yes, a pro-rata refund will be issued to you for the unused portion of your subscription of
all non-domain name products and services.
When will I get the refund?
The refund amount will be credited to your Bluehost China account on October 10, 2025.
You can withdraw the refund once it is credited to your account.
What happens to my balance amount?
The balance amount will be credited to your Bluehost China account. You may withdraw it
into your bank account
What is the timeline to migrate my website content and email service before you
delete my order?
The hosting and email services will be deleted by October 10, 2025. We request that you
maintain all backups well in advance to avoid any loss of data.
Can I take a backup of all my previous transactions and actions in my account?
Yes. You may download all your action and transactions from your Bluehost China account
management panel.
Domain Name related questions
What happens to my domain names?
We have partnered with ResellerClub China to manage all your domain name orders
• A customer account will be created for you at ResellerClub China
• You will receive login details and instructions from ResellerClub China to manage
your domains going forward.
• All domain names you currently own will be moved to your new customer account
at ResellerClub-China
• If you have any free email ids associated with your domains, these emails ids will be
moved to your new customer account as well
• If your domain name is going to expire on or before October 10, 2025, you will be
able to renew it, be sure to renew it well ahead of time as we will not be able to
accept renewal payments beyond October 10, 2025
How can I access my domain name?
At this moment, you can access your domain name as you have been doing. After October
10, 2025, You will need to login to your newly created ResellerClub-China account to
manage your domain name further. Can I transfer my domain name to a Registrar of my
choice?
Yes. If you wish to proactively transfer your domain name to another provider, you can do
so.
